Directions:

If you are approaching our office by way of West Dodge Road, do not take the new overpass. Take the exit that will get you to 120th St. Proceed north on 120th St. about 1/2 mile to Miracles Hills Drive. Turn right on Miracle Hills Drive and then almost immediately turn left on Nicholas St. Go about 100 feet and turn left again. Our office is on the left side as you proceed ahead. Park on the west side of the building for easiest access.

Menu of Services – Our menu of services provide a number of options for the dental care you need and want while respecting your budget.

Appointments – You can expect us to keep to our appointment schedule. Your time with us is reserved just for you, so we ask that you please be on time as well. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible so we can offer your time to another patient.

Dental Insurance – We will file your paperwork to see that you receive maximum benefit coverage, however we cannot guarantee any estimate provided by your insurance company. Please arrange to pay your co-pay amount at the time of your treatment. If your insurance payment results in an excess balance, we will promptly refund the credit.

Payments – We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Bank financing is also available.

Capital One – This popular, paper-work free program is a way for you to invest in your smile through comfortable monthly increments. There is no initial down payment and agreements can be arranged for as long as 60 months.
